Tickets that became software

Four recent projects. We describe each client by type rather than name, and tell you what we built, with what, and in how many weeks.

A sprint demo: a developer presents a dashboard on a wall screen while two clients point at it
Laptop showing an online store admin with product tiles and a stock chart

One stock count for three channels

A fashion e-commerce retailer

The problem
Stock lived in three places: their own store, two marketplaces and a spreadsheet. Items sold out on one channel kept selling on another.
What we built
A new online store and an admin where one stock figure feeds every channel, with order picking lists for the warehouse team.
How
Seven two-week sprints. Checkout and stock sync first, so the old store could be switched off by sprint four.

Two phones showing a clinic booking calendar

Booking for every branch

A GP clinic network

The problem
Patients phoned each branch to book, and the front desk kept the day's list on paper.
What we built
A patient app for iOS and Android to book a slot at any branch, and a front-desk screen showing the day's queue.
How
Six sprints. One branch went live first so the staff could shape the queue screen before it went to the rest.

Replacing an old ERP, one factory at a time

A manufacturer with five factories

The problem
A desktop system from the early 2000s, a different spreadsheet at each factory, and invoices typed twice.
What we built
A web-based system for orders, stock, production and invoicing, with one login per staff member and the same screens at every site.
How
Ten sprints. Each factory moved over in its own sprint while the old system ran alongside until the numbers matched.

Laptop showing a fleet tracking map with van markers and a route line

W-0410 weeks · 5 sprints

Every van on one map

A Klang Valley freight company

The problem
Dispatchers called drivers to find out where they were, and customers called dispatch to ask the same thing.
What we built
A live dispatch map fed by the drivers' phones, route planning for the day, and a tracking link sent to each customer.
How
Five sprints. The map shipped in sprint two so dispatch used it while the routing was still being built.
