ByteCraft / Process

Two weeks, then you see it

We work in two-week sprints. Each one starts with you choosing the tickets and ends with a demo of working software, written notes and one invoice.

Every sprint

What lands on your desk

Five things, every two weeks, for as long as the project runs.

  1. 01A planning call

Thirty minutes on day one. You choose which tickets go in; we say honestly what fits in ten working days.

  2. 02A staging link

The work in progress on a private address, updated as tickets move. You can click through it any day.

  3. 03A demo

On day ten we show what shipped on a call, using your real data, and you say what changes.

  4. 04Written notes

One page: what shipped, what moved to the next sprint and why, and any decision we need from you.

  5. 05One invoice

Billed per sprint against the quote, so you never pay far ahead of the work you have seen.
